Peter Izzi, licensed Broker Associate at HomeSmart Professionals, is known in the real estate community for his dedication to the industry.

He is the past President of the Kent Washington Association of Realtors and has filled many roles within the association including President Elect, Vice President, Treasure and Director. On a state level, Peter served as Trustee, and Executive committee member for the Rhode Island Association of Realtors. His dedication to professional development has earned him the industry’s highest award being named the local boards Realtor of the Year in 2017.

A graduate of the University of Rhode Island with a degree in Business, Peter is experienced in not only Sales and Buyer Representation, but also Property Management, Real Estate Investments, Construction and Commercial Development. Over the years he has earned countless designations including, Graduate of Real Estate Institute, (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist, (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative, (ABR), Certified Internet Professional, (e-Pro), Seller Representative Specialist, (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist, (SRES), & Commercial Investment Real Estate Certification, (CIREC).

Above and beyond his knowledge, experience, and professionalism, Peters clients specifically appreciate his warm personality, honesty and commitment to detail.

Representing buyers and sellers, Richard is highly praised for listening to his client’s needs and performing in their best interest every time. Born and Raised in the Ocean State, Richard furthered his education with a degree in Criminal Justice before serving as an Operations Manager for a local company for 13 years. His organizational skills, situational understanding, and compassion make him relatable in negotiations that produce the outcomes his clients depend on.

Richards’s personality and Commitment to professionalism earned him the Homesmart Spirit Award after only one year in the industry, and he is considered an Ambassador to many agents within the company. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Kent Washington Association of Realtors, where he represents the local leadership and plans to climb the ranks within the industry.

Suzanne joined The Peter Izzi Team in October of 2015 bringing over 25 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. She enjoyed many successful years as a licensed agent in the field, where she helped her clients buy and sell their homes, and now continues to help her clients in her supportive role on The Peter Izzi Team. Suzanne brings her vast knowledge of the industry and client care skills to every transaction. Her dedication and commitment to all our clients is equal to that of the agents on the team.

A few of Suzanne’s responsibilities include back-end office work, transaction coordination and client outreach. She is in touch daily with our preferred partners to ensure a smooth transaction and a successful closing. Suzanne is an integral part of our team, and her contributions allow our agents to prioritize their time to focus directly on our clients.
